Standard West Builders was founded by Andrew Edwards in 2004 and has grown from focused kitchen and bath remodels into custom homes, ADUs, additions, residential remodels, commercial improvements, and detailed finish work.
The company is built around practical planning, clear communication, and lasting craftsmanship. Every project has its own field conditions and decisions, so the goal is to help clients understand the scope, coordinate the moving parts, and keep quality in view from the first conversation through the final walk-through.

How We Work
Good building starts before construction begins. We work to clarify expectations around budget, schedule, design, materials, site conditions, utilities, structure, waterproofing, finish levels, and the everyday way the space will be used.
When design or architecture is needed, Standard West Builders can coordinate with design professionals, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners so decisions are made with the whole project in mind.
