Project Description
Our Broadway project started as a tiny single level 1960’s home.
We added over 2,000 sq ft of space including 2 levels plus a 3rd level deck 4th level perch that provides glimpses of the ocean.
The owners are also designers, and we worked with them in creating their dream home. We added touches of reclaimed Missouri oak for the handrails. Another cool feature is the barn door. We sadly had to remove two eucalyptus trees out front and decided to salvage the wood and use pieces of it milled together for a 5’ wide reclaimed live edge barn door.
The style of the home is a beach modern with multiple porches and decks.
