Project Description
This project was a fun little ADU (granny flat) and garage project covering the footprint of an old 1950’s garage.
We kept the Spanish Mission style to keeping theme with his original house. We also were able to use reclaimed Spanish S tiles on his roof, and it went well with his look and kept the client within his budget. Throughout the interior the owner selected materials that also kept theme with the mission style.
